Thanks Rochelle.. actually the latest one I did was the Dunn St. property over on Dunn and Pitt.. I have all the photos of its deconstruction.. until there was nothing left..

Hi Reb, Your urban deconstruction photos are so evocative. This one reminds me of the old Redpath Sugars factory, on the canal, which they tore apart and turned into condos. I worked there for 15 years or so. When they were tearing it apart I sat there for a whole day sketching what was left. Can't for the life of me find these old drawings but they are there somewhere. These old industrial buildings are really a witness to our past and our history. Glad you're taking these great photographs of them.

Bienvenue sur mon site! Welcome to the art of Reb (Rebecca) Frost Fine Artist - painter, illustrator, former woodworker..... urban explorer and street photographer living in Verdun, Quebec. It is my hope that what I paint, (or photograph) has a meaning to whoever looks at it. . I love to see someone connect with an image. My photography (mainly on Flickr) is based on street photography in Montreal. I'm out there, on the streets.. I love my city and I express it in every way I possibly can. I also do children's illustrations. I love the imagination and creativity of children and hope that as we grow older, we never give up on our imagination! I encourage children everywhere to explore the world through art and creativity! I would...
